Refund Policy

If your order fails but the amount is deducted from your account. Full amount will be refunded in this case. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of Paytm payments refund will be made to the same Paytm account.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed, it can not be canceled. Because as soon as the order is placed, it goes into the process and starts rendering out into a video invitation. Hence we suggest that all the shared details are checked properly before making payments. You can also try ordering the free invitation to check the quality and then order the paid invitation. Also, free invitations are available on our App and Website.
